Hello, I am Kymberly Weiner, the third generation of this wonderful family business. I have been involved in the industry for over 4 years, starting on the decorative tile side and adding plumbing (and joining Best) almost 2 years ago.

A few weeks ago, I was at the nail salon getting my weekly manicure when I recognized a couple that was there getting pampered together. Now I rarely forget a face, but usually have a hard time placing them. After about 15 minutes of staring at them, I got up the guts to say hello to them and ask them if they were customers of Best Plumbing Tile & Stone. The man’s face lit up and said, “Yes! We did three bathrooms and a kitchen with them last year!” After I explained who I was and that I recognized them, the wife chimed in, “We had a wonderful experience there.” They explained that they had a few hiccups throughout the project, which is normal in a project of such a large scale, but that their sales associate and the showroom supervisors took great care of them and they have recommended Best to all of their friends and neighbors. Having experiences like these makes my job so rewarding.
