This position has been created to ensure our Best Plumbing Tile & Stone Showrooms customers’ experience, expectations and product needs are met.


  • Collaborate weekly with Showroom Sales Supervisor


  • Collaborate with Supervisor with daily store traffic.
  • Collaborate with customers on their orders and quotes both in store and electronically
  • Monitor customer orders and bids.
  • Address customer order Issues
  • Gather customer feedback for monthly meeting with Showroom Sales Supervisor on daily customer issues.


  • Active training participation both in and out of your facility during and after business hours
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

  • Hourly position based on 5-day, 37.5-hour work week.
    • Inclusive of Monday’s & Saturdays
    • ½ Hour lunch (non-compensated)
  • Pay starts at the equivalent rate of $25 per hour (or more based on experience)

This position is being created to coordinate greeting and managing of showroom traffic as well as allowing for the consolidation of some basic administrative store functions. It will also serve as a great entry point for someone without previous industry experience to grow into a sales consultant within our organization.


  • Utilize Opening/Closing Checklist daily

  • Monitor sales aids
    • Install new price labels

  • Hourly position based on 5-day, 37.5-hour work week

    • Work hours 9am-5pm with a ½ Hour lunch (non-compensated)
  • Pay range of $19-23/hour plus benefits
  • Work Location: Scarsdale
  • Reports to: Scarsdale Showroom Supervisor
  • Prerequisites:
    • Energetic personality that can quickly instill confidence in those whom they engage.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills to communicate with clients on phone and in person.
    • Proficient computer skills that can translate to quick successful use of our eclipse system.
    • 1+ years customer service experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
