CUSTOMER

  • Collaborate with Supervisor with daily store traffic
  • Collaborate with customers on their orders and quotes both in store and electronically
  • Monitor customer orders and bids

  • Gather customer feedback for monthly meeting with Showroom Sales Supervisor on daily customer issues

  • Active training participation both in and out of your facility during and after business hours

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

This position is being created to coordinate all areas of the KEC, from greeting and controlling store traffic to sales support and event planning. This position allows someone without previous industry experience to grow into a sales consultant within our organization.

OPERATIONS

JOB SPECIFICS

This position is responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through closing sale and after sales follow up, at the Kohler Experience Center NYC. Work within the sales & support team to increase customer satisfaction, generate sales revenue, adhere to strategic account goals and company values. This position requires a 5-day, 37.5-hour workweek, including weekends and evenings. Pay range is $30-42+/hour, plus commission, manufacturer spiffs and benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with both trade and retail customers in the store environment
  • Site visits as part of the store’s In-Home Design Services
  • Achieve personal and company sales quotas
  • Demonstrate professional selling skills and extensive product knowledge in our entire product lines
